About American Classic Home Builders
The philosophy of American Classic Homes has been the same from the day we started building homes: to create a home that makes the homeowner as happy 10 years from now as they are today. Not only will they still love the home, but they will remember the positive experience of working with us.
How do we achieve this goal? We not only build a first class home from top to bottom, but we take care of you, the homeowner, once you move in. Our "hands-on" approach lets you know that we are personally committed to assuring that every home gets the highest attention possible. We are with you every step of the way, making sure that every detail meets your needs.
In fact, you will have our personal cell phone numbers - just one way we give you the personal attention that larger builders cannot offer. On pre-sales, you will have the opportunity to have a one on one meeting with one of the owners/builder to personalize your house and ensure we are all on the same page. Together, our teamwork and "hands-on" approach best serves your needs as a homeowner, giving you access and communication to all aspects of our company.
Sal Cohen, Michael Gladstein and Robert Gladstein are the partners that own and actively run American Classic Homes. Together, they have over 40 years of homebuilding experience. Each partner brings unique strengths to the company, allowing American Classic Homes to stand strong in all areas of its business. There are literally hundreds of large and small projects involved in the construction process, and the partners' three-pronged approach assures every aspect has been given the utmost attention.
We have built custom homes and spec homes throughout the greater King County area, including Sammamish, Kirkland, Bellevue, West Seattle, Mercer Island, Auburn, Newcastle, Queen Anne, and Renton. With a goal of building about 70 homes per year, we believe our personal attention is one way we can be certain that every home is built with pride and accountability.
