Joel Mezistrano oversees finance, accounting, technology, and multi-family acquisitions at American Class Homes. He brings experience both as a business executive and real estate investor.
Joel graduated with honors from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics. Beginning his career as a consultant with Accenture, Joel moved on to be a software executive at several successful startup software companies through periods of rapid growth. Joel’s specialty is business process automation and he has spent a significant amount of time in the banking and finance industry.

For more than 18 years, American Classic Homes Co-founder Michael Gladstein has cultivated a successful career in the residential construction and development industry in the greater Seattle area. Michael has managed dozens of residential developments in East King County, with responsibilities ranging from site selection to permitting, home design, construction and sales. He is a detailed-oriented, hands-on manager who visits jobsites daily.

American Classic Homes co-founder Robert Gladstein has cultivated his career in the residential construction and development industry for the past 18 years in the Seattle area. Robert is responsible for American Classic Homes' operations, including overseeing the customer service, marketing, and insurance programs.

Summer Davis is our New Home Advisor. She is available anytime to answer any and all questions you may have about purchasing and owning a new home in any community. Whether you are looking, planning for a home a year or more down the road, or aiming to buy now, she is here to answer your questions.
Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Huskies and the Seattle Seahawks. She loves spending time with her family and her Chihuahua, Bucky. Summer believes that traveling is a must. And like a true Seattleite, she is a lover of food and fitness.

Laurie is a financial executive with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of finance and accounting in the construction, real estate, and home building industries. With a rich background in hands on management, she thrives on identifying and resolving complex problems in fast paced environments.
Prior to working at American Classic Homes, Laurie worked at Cambria Homes for a 15-year career as their Vice President of Finance. Along with managing Cambria Homes' finance department, she helped develop and oversee the company operations. Laurie is a film enthusiast who resides in Issaquah, and enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.
Brian is our Director of Construction and has been in the home building business for over 15 years. He works with all the Superintendents and is responsible for keeping American Classic Homes operating smoothly. He thoroughly enjoys the home building process, from designing new floor plans and hammering out the small details to training staff members and working with buyers.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys football, golfing, fishing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
Geoff manages the entire construction process of American Classic Homes' spot lot homes. From grading home sites to making sure all the nail holes are filled, Geoff takes care of every detail. He knows that what makes American Classic Homes so amazing is their commitment to customer satisfaction. In his free time, Geoff helps coach community sport teams.
Joe has been involved in all aspects of construction for more than 19 years with experience in both residential and commercial construction. Joe ensures that our contractors are working hard to build the very best homes for American Classic Homes’ homebuyers, along with his coworkers, he takes pride in the work he does to provide the best possible product for the customer. When he’s not at work, Joe enjoys all things outdoors, with his family including camping, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, or riding his dirt bike.
Sean has been involved in construction for over 15 years in both the residential home building and commercial apartment construction areas. As an American Classic Homes Superintendent, he manages multiple communities and oversees trade partners as they work on our homes. When Sean is not building homes he enjoys hiking or kayaking with his wife, daughter, and their black lab “Griffey.”
David Vincent has been working in construction for over 15 years. As a site superintendent, David manages communities and makes sure all contractors are in place and performing the highest quality of workmanship to build our homes.

As Director of Marketing for American Classic Homes, Jackie is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing tactics, corporate branding and strategic development of marketing materials. Jackie remains focused on the brand message of community, visibility and attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship, design, and creating outstanding customer experiences..
Jackie’s range of responsibilities include the creation and management of brand equity, product positioning, as well as marketing communications and innovation. Jackie is driven to developing life long customers by delivering referral-worthy homes and experiences.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking all over the PNW with her husband.

Dmitriy loves all things related to real estate. He specializes in the research and acquisition of properties, including distressed sales. Dmitriy primarily focuses on the Seattle Metro area, Mercer Island, and Eastside.

Justin is an integral part of American Classic Homes. He specializes in the research, acquisition, and development of land, with a focus in properties across Renton, Newcastle, South Seattle, Auburn, and Kent.
As Director or Development, it's Jeff's responsibility to manage the sitework development of all of the American Classic Homes Projects. Prior to joining American Classic Homes, Jeff worked as a construction estimator, land use consultant, and as a real estate broker.

Marissa is responsible for obtaining permits for American Classic Homes, and coordinates all of our contractor agreements and insurance to ensure that our subcontractors meet our strict requirements. For more than a decade, Marissa held buyer, customer service, and global sales responsibilities for high-end retailers.
As Director of Multi-family Acquisitions, it is John’s responsibility to acquire properties for American Classic Homes’ multi-family division SeaLevel Properties. Prior to joining our team, John has worked for several prominent Seattle developers. Earlier in his career he was a multi-family Real Estate Broker.
As a native and current resident of Issaquah, John’s passion for local businesses helping shape Washington State run strong. In his free time, John enjoys fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife Katherine and their young son.

As Director of Multi-Family Development for SeaLevel Properties, Kyle works with the Director of Multi-Family Acquisitions providing hands-on management, coordinations and oversight in all aspects of commercial building developement.
An Issaquah native, Kyle is an avid sports fan, enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, travel, and spending time with his friends and family. He has a passion for the northwest and everything this community has to offer, from the mountains to the sound.

As Senior Project Manager of Multi-Family Development, Mike is charged with ensuring the successful oversight and completion of our developments from the land acquisition phase through final closeout.
Mike brings nearly ten years of experience in urban planning, urban design, project management and public administration. Mike previously worked for an eastside municipality as a Senior Planner and provides expertise in many facets of land development including project management, multi-family housing, parks, commercial/retail and large single family plats. In total, Mike has played a key role in the creation of over 500 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial and retail development.
A native of the Puget Sound region, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Betony and two sons Bernie and Fox. Mike’s interests are rooted in the northwest and include snowboarding, camping, live music and golf.
