We have now sold out of homes in this amazing community with surrounded by over 20 acres of open space and protected wetlands. The acclaimed Creekside Elementary is located in The Crossings Community. We are currently developing land in the Sammamish Plateau and will have homes to sell by the end of the year.
The acclaimed Creekside Elementary school opened fall of 2010. This Issaquah School District school has it's own entrance through the Crossings. How convenient would it be to simply walk your kids to school in just minutes?

The Sammamish Plateau was part of unincorporated King County for most of its recorded history. The first Europeans arrived in the late 19th century and established a trio of resorts by the 1930s. The plateau remained a mostly rural area until suburban homes, shopping centers, and schools were built in the 1970s and 1980s.
Lake Sammamish and Issaquah's Lake Sammamish State Park offer water recreation. There are many hiking trails and scenic woods around the housing developments. There are five major city parks: Beaver Lake Park, Pine Lake Park, NE Sammamish Park, East Sammamish Park, and Ebright Creek Park. Parks being planned in the recently-incorporated city include Soaring Eagle Park and the Sammamish Commons. The East Lake Sammamish Trail, opened in April 2006, connects to a regional trail system. A skatepark is located adjacent to the Sammamish City hall, across from Skyline High School.
One reason Sammamish is always ranked as one of our countries best small cities to live in is by providing top notch schools and education for our children. Skyline High School is ranked a 10 out of 10 on both greatschools.org and on education.com. Pine Lake Middle School is also an amazing 10 on education.com.
One of the many unique programs is their 5000 Days Project. The Issaquah Schoo District is also incredibly fortunate to be a part of Volunteers of Issaquah Changing Education. What a wonderful place to live.

Congratulations to the 4A High School Football State Champions 2011/2012, The Skyline Spartans. 5 years in a row going to the State Championships.
